All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
2. Shipping Timelines
Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are usually delivered within 8–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote Areas: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Standard Shipping: Rs.150
Free shipping on orders above: Rs.2499
Any shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via secure online methods such as UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
Your order will only be processed once the payment is successfully completed.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number sent via email/SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
